Suspension and withdrawal

Submission of applications can be made in the following ways:

  • mail to phd@unipv.it (in this case the stamp duty will be paid to the University)
  • hand delivery Ufficio Protocollo, located in Via Mentana 4, Pavia.

PhD students who have requested a suspension of their course are still required to pay the enrollment fee at the beginning of the academic year, with the same deadlines as the others. Similarly, the Academic Board will decide on their admission to the new academic year at the same meeting as the other doctoral students. On the other hand, the deadlines for fulfilment of the requirements for the final exam application are deferred according to the suspension period.
