The 3MT competition is an academic competition that challenges PhD students to describe the results of their research to a general audience. The presentation must last no more than three minutes, with the support of a single slide, in English and using a language that makes it accessible to a wide and varied audience. UNIPV this year is participating in the 3MT challenge organized by the Coimbra Group by hosting a local event on
March 13, 2023 at 17:30 at the Aula Magna of the University
The event will be open to the academic community. 11 candidates, PhD students at UNIPV, will challenge each other by presenting the results of their research in three minutes and, with the technical support of the University staff, short videos of each presentation will be made. The best video will be chosen by the organizing Committee, supported by the votes of the audience, and sent to the Coimbra Group jury to take part in the final selections, held on May 31 – June 2 at the University of Cologne (Germany).
A light refreshment will follow, sponsored by Globec.
