Starting from the academic year 2020/2021, the Italian Ministry has implemented a new platform to collect visa application for study and submit them to the embassies/consulates. All visa requests must be first uploaded on the Universitaly platform and then completed by taking an appointment at the competent Consulate/Embassy. Visa applications submitted via other means will not be considered.

PhD students are invited to upload their visa application once enrolled. An admission letter will be attached by the PhD office to their visa application and provided to the student.
